Chef Tan started his journey 30 years ago with the secret recipe which was inherited to his family 3 generations ago. When given the opportunity, he started off his own hawker style stall at Salak South and has ever been the food for the warm hearted community around. He works around the clock to offer only the freshest ingredients and flavors to ensure each bowl of noodles is made to perfection.

Along side the community around Salak South, Kuchai and Sri Petaling. Chef Tan's noodles has always ensure the consistency of the quality of his noodles and go through a very stringent process to ensure every bowl is filled with a perfect mix of flavors and ingredients.
